How to delete the Payment tool added in the form

I am building my form and go to add a payment tool and I get the following message "You cannot add more than one payment tool. Please delete the existing one first."  None of the payment tool icons show up on my form and I did not think I had selected a payment tool but guess I did somehow.  How do I delete the payment tool that is now in my form so I can add the one I want.  Thanks.....

Please refer to the screenshot below

To delete the payment tool, open the form in your Form Builder and select the payment field.

The red 'X' icon on the upper right portion of the field is the delete icon... you can use it to delete the field/tool.
