I did check your account and did not find find any issue with that. It seems your account was over quota and your forms were disabled. As you have already upgraded your account, it is currently in good shape and you should not have any issues with your forms.
What problems you are having with your JotForm on your website. Please explain it a bit more in detail and we will surely help you resolve it.
