Coupon Codes disappearing in PayPal

I am using an option to enter a coupon code and they all have disappeared on me 3 times this month without reason. This is a pointless feature if it continues to delete themselves especially when I get pissed off customers!!!

Sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with coupon codes on your JotForm. Do you mean to say that coupons are missing from the JotForm? I believe that you are referring to the JotForm titled Student Course Registration. As far as I know the coupons shall be disabled when the limit set is exceeded on coupons but are not deleted. As I check the form revision history I see that some coupons have been removed. Are there multiple persons have access to these forms?

Since you have added the coupons again, please let us know if you see the issue again. You can also check the form revision history to notice the changes made to the form.
