Hillsidevet login email

    Im emailing again regarding changing the email on our account to hillsidevet@comcast.net

    When I try to send the email it does not come thru. Is there another way we can get this done?

    Hi HillsideVetHospital,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. It's easy to change the email on your account. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. Click on your avatar at the right top of the screen.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Click on Account on the left menu.
    4. Click on Edit to the next of the email field and write your email in the New e-mail field.
    5. Now, click on Save to save changes and you're done.

    lol yes ,that would be great but everytime i do this it states it sent an email and never did. And not it just gives me a error message

    Hello HillsideVetHospital,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We have an ongoing issue about the authentication email that were not been received. We currently disable temporarily the feature of sending authentication email while our back end team is working on this matter.

    Meanwhile, can you share with us the screenshot of the error you are getting? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Please also try it again and let us know how it goes.

    Every time I tried to do a print screen the error would go away but I took a pic with my phone I hope you can see it.

    Hello HillsideVetHospital,

    The image was posted after sending my recent response. Can you first try to remove hillsidevet@comcast.net as the Backup Email? Then try to change the email address to hillsidevet@comcast.net. If the issue happens again, take a screenshot of the error message and include it on your reply.
