Why does it say that I am left with no space?

Currently, I am testing this solution before I go ahead and upgrade. However, without having any forms/submissions in my account currently, it says that I am running out of space. Kindly help me understand. Thanks

    Hello sweetpetalcakes,

Upon checking your account, I found that it is in good shape currently.

You seems to have received the warning email because you are reaching close to your SSL submission limit. Please be noted that in free account you can only receive up to 100 non-secure, 10 SSL / secure and 10 payment submissions. If any of the limit is reached all your forms will be disabled.

You have already received 8 SSL submissions and that is the reason you must have received teh warning emails. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.

    Thank you!

Thank you for your response. Please let me know the process to replace
secure embed scripts with non secure embed scripts. I would like to try
this solution out for few more forms before I decide. Thanks

    Hello sweetpetalcakes,

Here are the steps to grab your form's non secure embed code:

    1. Load your form in editor.

    2. Click on the "Setup & Embed" and then click on the "Embed Form"

    3. Please ensure that the "Secure Form" check box is not checked and then copy the desired embed code or the direct URL. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Can you please try guiding me a bit more on the whole thing till completion...like which is the code i need to copy and where do i use/paste it?? The secure form option is anyway unchecked by default... What should I be doing?

Did you share the secure URL with anyone or embed this JotForm enabling secure option on your website? If so, you may need to re-embed the form on your webpage to access through normal method rather SSL enabled JotForm.

You can follow the steps provided by Ashwin to get the non-secure embed code and use the appropriate option from Form Embed Wizard to re-embed on your webpage.

Hope this information helps. Let us know if you need any further help. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks!

Hello, Thank you for your response. I have embedded this form on my
Facebook Page and not on website. Do I have to redo the exercise to enable
the non- secure embed code on my FB Page? What is the appropriate option to
be used from the Form Embed Wizard? Do you have a step-by-step instruction
or a desk procedure to follow that I could use?. Thanks again for all your
help and bearing with me through this. My knowledge is limited and I really
    appreciate all your help.

    Hello sweetpetalcakes,

Please be noted that Facebook is a secured website. That means, if you want to embed your form in facebook page you will have to use your form's secure embed code only.

It is not possible to receive non-secure submission from facebook page.

    Thank you!
