When I preview the jotform it is disabled

     when  i press the view form the form is disabled what happen ???

    Hi,

    Was this the jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/43301375395454 you were referring to?

    I test submitted the form, and it is currently not disabled.

    When I preview the jotform it is disabled Image 1 Screenshot 20
