    My forms are not forwarding to my email adress

    my forms are not forwarding to my email adress since one week now.

    I saw some other users with the same problem, and they say it's now working again.

    but not with our forms.

    can somebody lookl at this problem please.

    it worked fine untill a week ago.

    Hi,

    You could try changing your notification Reply-to settings to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com" then kindly test.

     

    Let us know if that makes any difference at all.

    Hi there,

    I tested the form and check the mail logs, the result shows that the message was sent out without any errors.

    /var/log/mail.log:Sep 28 16:22:27 monk sm-mta[22895]: p8SKM0LN022893: to=<info@ac-hapjes-deluxe.nl>, delay=00:00:27, xdelay=00:00:27, mailer=esmtp, pri=129252, relay=mail.pcextreme.nl. [109.72.87.133], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (OK id=1R90e6-00066o-Ax)

    Have you looked into the spam or bulk folders as it may have been caught by spam filters?  Adding jotform.com to the whitelist of your emails would also be a good idea If this does not help please contact your provider to find out what happened to emails coming from jotform, you may use the logs above as reference.
