I understand that you want to cancel your premium subscription. You can downgrade your subscription from Billing section of your account information. Please follow the steps below :
1. Login to your JotForm account
2. Click on User icon on the right top and then click on Account
3. Now, click on Billing from the left menu
4. Click on Switch Plan
