not sure why jot forms does not appear on my website

    Hello,

     

    I've updated wordpress to 4.01 and my jot forms does not appear anymore on my website.

    I am able to see your JotForm on the website now on Google Chrome v39 and Mozilla FireFox v33. Were you able to figure it out or are you using a different browser?

    If the issue still exists at your end, please try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below :
