Account being suspended due to SSL limits

    Hi I was just notified that my account is being suspended because I uploaded more that 100 MB....but all my files are going directly to Google drive...so it should not affect my 100 MB quota....I wa stold that also and I read it in you support files...please help

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    You are getting that message that your account is being suspended because you are out of space or it is near the limit. At the top right you will see the account overview info. Can you please check if you reach your limit with the storage space or the SSL submissions. On your account, your SSL submission is already 9. Free accounts is limited to only 10 SSL submissions per month.

    If you don't like to use SSL submissions then you need to re-embed the form and uncheck the "Secure Form".
