As far as I know we do not have non-profit rates.

However, free accounts can receive up to 100 submits in a month. You may also increase this permanently by referring your friends to JotForm, writing a review, etc.

Just go to your account's Get More section to learn more.

By the way, I have raised your question to my higher ups so we can get a definite answer. We will contact you as soon as receive an advice from them.

    Cheers!

    Hello!

We don't currently offer a lower rate for non profits. This is because our rates are already low!

    There are two options though.

    1) You can increase the number of submissions by using the Get More options:

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/337846-How-can-I-increase-my-submissions-limit-for-free

It gives extra submissions/month for sharing or blogging about JotForm.

    2) We have an annual end of year sale, which will be happening in December. That might be 2-3 weeks until it's posted on the site though.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!
