Your jotform got picked up by our anti phishing system and disabled it because of it.
The reason why this happens is that you have translated your jotform to French while leaving it set on English. To avoid being picked up by mistake, it is always best to set the proper language that you will be using on your jotform fields.

I have enabled your account now, but I strongly suggest that you follow the steps mentioned in the above thread to avoid it disabling your account again.
