How do I email this form to customers?

I need to email this form to customers for them to fill in the answers and submit back to me. I have tried to copy the url but no luck.

Please follow these steps: 

1. While editing your form go to Setup and Embed tab in the toolbar.

 

 

 

 

2. Then choose Email option.

 

 

 

 

3.After that fill out the required information and finally click on Send Email button
