I have been receiving BLANK email notifications for every transaction made.

    Every transaction our customer make to buy our products with paypal has been received in BLANK.

    I have tested the email for those notifications and it seems to work fine, but the reality is that everything is in BLANK.

     

    Please HELP!!!

    Hi,

    I took a look at your website and I see that you are embedding the jotform with the js embed method. Now since you get email from PayPal, it does not seems that this is the issue, but I would still like to suggest to change the js embed into the iframe embed instead.

    I have also cleared your jotform cache just now so after embedding the jotform on one of your pages with the iframe embed method, please try to make the payment and let us know how it goes.
