Upon checking this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/466196 I see that you were able to change your credit card information. Is that correct?
However, you're mentioning here that you tried to upgrade your plan. Could you please confirm if you're still having issues with changing your credit card information? And also, do you want to upgrade your plan?

Thanks for the follow up. I wanted only to change the credit card on my account, which I've been able to do. I mis-understood the instructions and thought I had to click on the upgrade button to do that. I'm happy with my current plan -- premium.
