All my forms, when reviewing them, say they are DISABLED. Is there any reason for this. I need to create more forms and I keep seeing this.

    All my forms, when reviewing them, say they are DISABLED.  Is there any reason for this.  I need to create more forms and I keep seeing this.  Please help as I need to be up and running.

    Hi Joseph,

    I took a look at your account and it seems that your account has been suspended by our anti phishing system. I have now set it back to enabled, but I should let you know that if you had some fields that are breaking our terms and have removed them after the jotform got disabled restoring them back again will get your account disabled once more.
