Hi,
I have moved your question about the Google Drive integration to a new thread that you can find here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/466319.
We will be shortly responding to you there, so please leave further questions in regards to that on that thread and we will help you getting the file name here.
Now to do this, you should add Form Calculation widget to your jotform. You can see here How to Add a Widget to your Form.
Once you do, just click on Add field button and insert the Hash file upload button (HashFile)
The button will be in orange color and it will show 0-9 in the right corner (where the arrow points on the screenshot). Click on the numbers part and it will turn gray as above.
Now we have made it capture text instead of numbers.
Once you do this, you will have a field displaying the file name (without the path).
You can see the jotform with this here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43316587686973
Do let us know if you have any further questions.
Best Regards,
Ben
