Can you add Submission ID # as one of the fields captured in the Excel Report for a form?

If by "Excel Report" you're referring to the file generated by the "Download as Excel" button in the submissions page, then the answer is a resounding "Yes".
Simply click the Settings (gear) button then tick the "ID" checkbox to have the submission IDs be included in the Excel file.

Hi guys, this works, yes, but what if we want to get submission IDs from a report generated from the reports options on the main page (so a link to an excel report)? Can we include the submission ID there?

The submission ID is not be included in an Excel Report:
However, you can use the Unique ID widget:
Here is a guide that might be of your interest on how to custom Unique IDs: http://www.jotform.com/help/79-Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions
In this way, once added to your form, it will be shown in the Excel Report:

Hi BDavid,
Thanks - understand that the submission ID is not included in the excel report, but the Unique ID option doesn't seem like a suitable option, as we already have a unique ID built into the form...the submission ID.
At this time, our form is being submitted to a MySQL database and the submission ID comes through fine on that side during the PHP scripting.
It just seems logical to me that JF would include that as an option on the reports themselves, as it's already part of the reports from the submissions page. Can you add this as a suggestion for future feature?
