How to keep entered data in a form even if the browser is closed

Asked by plpdirector on November 29, 2014 at 01:04 PM

Several times, myself and my team of directors who have access to my forms discover that the names entered for attendance erase if the browser is accidentally closed on our mobile devices. I have it set to save often and also to hold for 10 hours but I have had it happen to me a few time and its very frustrating to either reenter all the names or not to have the info at all because the event is already over. We have temporarily solved this by taking screen shots when completed but this should not have to be done.  Please let me know what can be done with this or I will have to discontinue use of this service. The form in questions is called Player E-Form (Regular).

    Thank you,

    Mark Guzman

Please try to enable the auto fill feature in your form.

This will keep your entered data in the form even if the browser is closed accidentally.

Let us know if this helps.
    Thank you.
