Hello michael751,
Did you share a screenshot with us? I am unable to see the screenshot you have shared. Please share the screenshot again and the following guide should help you on how to upload image in your forum post: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033
Are you having this issue with your form "Stratasys Course Registration " or any other form? I did check this form's notification email alert and also the conditions but did not find any issue with that. It should send you only one submission email.
Do get back to us with the form you are having this issue and also share the screenshot which you tried to share earlier and we will take a look.
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!

Hi ,
Thanks for your response.
Yes. I shared screenshot , it was only my inbox , that shows many duplicate emails - that were sent after I submit the form.
I am talking about the form :Clone of Stratasys Course Registration
http://www.jotform.com//?formID=43302818136955
I've created this form for testing , and I am going to do the same changes in the form in production , but worried from the emails that are sent twice to my email (Shoshi.Gdalyahu@stratasys.com)
I will be happy to understand where in the Jotform I can see the configuration of the email address that should get the email after submission.
Thanks,
Shoshi.

Hello Shoshi,
I did check your form and I was able to figure out the issue why you are receiving two submission emails. You seems to have added two conditions in your form where if the email address input is "Shoshi.Gdalyahu@stratasys.com", the submission email is sent. Please check the screenshot below:
Since in all the test submission you have received has email as Shoshi.Gdalyahu@stratasys.com , it triggers two conditions as displayed in the screenshot above. That is the reason why you were receiving two emails for every submission in your form.
You may like to delete one of the two conditions or edit one of them to check for different condition and that should solve your problem.
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
