I have a whole lot for form in word format and it would be useful to be able to import these into JotForm to save the work around creating them from scratch.

    Hi,

It is not possible to import MS word document based forms. We have only allow importing CSV or Excel files. You can try to replicate your MS word in JotForm.

But if you like please check our applications site if they have met to your needs of what you need of your form. :)

    Here's the link http://apps.jotform.com/

    Thanks.

Oh well back to the drawing board :-)  I do think that your application is great and this is the only time I have not been able to do what I have wanted and sort of understand why.

    Thank you

You can try to convert the word file to HTML and then import the generated file to JotForm by cloning it. If you are willing to use this method, you'll need to publish the generated HTML file first to a web server in order to be able to clone it using its URL.

Also, please note that cloning a form will only import the form fields without any CSS formatting, but it might save you some time in terms of creating each field manually in case the form is too long.

Let us know if this helps.
    Thank you.
