I HAVE CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION IN JULY/AUG - WHY ARE YOU CHARGING MY CARD

    WE HAVE CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION  FEW MONTHS AGO.  WE ARE STILL GETTING CHARGED ON THE CARD EVERY MONTH.  pLEASE LOOK INTO IT.

    Hello premierhealth,

    Upon checking your account, I found that one of your subscription with order #82120182 was cancelled and the refund was also processed on 10/29/2014. The amount of USD 9.95 must have been credited to your visa card ending with 1741.

    It seems you have one another subscription #26061906 which is active. I do not see any attempt for the cancellation of this subscription. I have gone ahead and cancelled this subscription and also processed the refund for order #82569184. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
