My form doesn't show

    Hello, 

    I don't know why, everything was working and now my forms Speedtyres : Index * forms won't work.

     

    Nothing shows when I call it :

    Hello JimmyGlee,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Your form should not be working and visible on your web page.

    It seems that you are having your JotForm in French which is causing the issue. Our anti-phishing tool scans each JotForm for any phishing activities. However, this tool is not updated to scan some languages like Arabic, French and other languages that results in auto-suspension of forms made in these languages. This can be avoided by adding the language either as an option or as the default language from language translator.

    Please refer to the following thread that provides you detailed instructions on this. Please follow the steps provided in it so that future auto suspensions can be avoided.
