Recently I found out in Notification and Auto Responder email, "via jotform.com" and "mailed-by jotform.com" (which are not present previously) are displaying together with Sender name and email if the recipient is using Gmail account.
Any idea on this? Thank you.

Thank you for your message. This "issue" is so far inherent to Gmail users only. Gmail has introduced this new feature as explained in this Gmail Help page - https://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&ctx=mail&answer=1311182.
If you are able to publish an SPF Record, Gmail suggests (as indicated in the above Help page) that you include the IP addresses being used by JotForm in order to avoid seeing this "via jotform.com" or any other extra information which may confuse your end users. For the list of IP addresses that we are using, please click here.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Thank you for using JotForm,

Thanks for your prompt reply. Sorry that I am not so technical savvy and I did went through the links that you suggested but still can't really get it.
Are you saying that I just need to whitelist all the IP as below?
If yes, how to whitelist?

Here is the updated list:
But we sometimes also use other 3rd party services such as Amazon SES and Sengrid. So, the emails might come from other email providers as well.

You will need the help of your email service provider or ISP to perform this task. this will depend on the email address that you use in the autoresponder as shown below:
May we ask for your JotForm username and the name of the form concerned?
Update: Please see the updated list of IP addresses above.
