Creating reports to view submissions properly

I set up a test survey form to see what it looks like and to see if it would suit my business needs.

I entered a couple of submissions myself and then clicked "view submissions" to see all the data together. However, the data is not combined together to give valuable insight. Instead, you have to click and read each submission to see what the respondent has said.

Is there a feature to combined the information? For example I will be able to see 4 people were satisfied with the event, 2 people were dissatisfied, 1 person was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied etc.

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

As I understand, you would like to see the submissions in a tabular data so you can see the answers properly. You might want to check the Reports section, it contains a lot of guide on how to create a report. Here are some examples:

Creating an Excel Report - http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report

    Creating a Grid Report - http://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-create-a-Grid-Listing-report

Hope this helps. Let us know if this is not what you need.

    Thank you!
