Problems with page breaks and conditions

I'm having an issue with using page breaks on my form. For the time being I have removed them, but when I was trying to use them they would not go to the next page.

Also, conditions were not working with showing and hiding certain form elements.

I've cloned your form and added some page breaks. It seems to work fine. My guess is that there are conditions that you set up earlier that conflicts with the page breaks.

We could probably investigate further if you can create a sample or clone form where you have set up all the conditions and page break, we can then see if the problem will arise or can be replicated.
