Forms not delivered correctly

    This is not the first time this has happened - but hopefully the last. Could you please check all our forms and make sure they are being delivered correctly via email? 

    For example: This form https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/43245760929967? for Snow Removal is delivered to my mail box missing needed fields and showing empty fields that shouldn't even be on this form (from our lawn maintenance RFQ;s)

    Happening sometimes with clients, too -- getting 'undefined' or empty fields and the inability to follow up.

    I believe that you are referring to the following fields.

    But as we see your JotForm, these fields are not available on it. 

     

    Please review your JotForm once again in edit mode and make necessary changes. You may also need to add a new notifier with the updated fields. Please follow the guide below for setting up new notifier.
