I have alot of people interested in me installing forms on their websites.  I am trying to decide whether to tell the to get their own account or simply upgrade to the professional version and manage it myself.  Is this a personal preference or do you have a recommendation.

My thought on managing is I can charge them a fee (if that is acceptable thru your terms and use). Would they each have their own subaccount where they could not see the other persons forms?  Thanks for any advice

You cannot resell Jotform. You can manage their forms, and charge them just for your web development services. It can be done via sub-accounts, yes.

However, if people doesn't want your services anymore, then you must grant them access to their forms or move them to an independent account.  Otherwise, we might suspend your account, as this will also be considered as a if you were selling the forms, and thus, it will violate our terms of use.
