How to remove an integration on my form?

I need to reset the integration for my form, but the integration icon seems disabled. Can't access it

You have integrated your form  with dropbox, google spreadsheet and google drive.

To remove any of the integration in your form:

To to Setup&Embed > Integrations > select the one you wish to remove.

Then click on Remove Integration
