Form title is not displayed in the notification emails.

Hello, i have at least 5 forms on my site, but when i recieve any of those responses insto my mail i just dont know wich product its about. Its possibley to seen the name of the form when i recieve any of those mails responses?

Yes it is possible to add form title in your notification email alert. 

Please check the screenshot below on how to add form title tag in your form's notification email alert: 

It seems you already had {form_title} tag added but it was translated to {formulario_título}. That was the reason why it was displaying any form title. Go ahead and update it with {form_title} as displayed in the screenshot above and that should solve your problem.
