how do I merge accounts?

I'd like to upgrade to a larger account and change the username. Is it possible to merge accounts so that I am still managing the forms I have now with the new account?

Yes it is possible to change your account username but it can only be done by JotForm staff. Do get back to us with your desired username and if it is still available we will change your username.

When you say merge accounts, do you mean to move forms from your other account to you one account? Yes it is possible but can only be done by JotForm staff. Do let us know which forms you want to transfer and the destination account username, we will do the needful.

Please be noted that for the forms to be transferred to another account, we need the message from source account. Please sign in to your account from where you want to transfer form and then send us a message.
