How to update credit card on BlueSnap and still retain the discounted yearly sale offer?

I am trying to update my credit card but it is showing me a monthly plan of $9.95

I thought I was on a yearly plan of $45 per year.

How do I get back to the plan I was on?

You sent me a link to log in and update my credit card but it didn't work.

    Please advise.

    Hello Chad,

Yearly plan of $45 subscription fee is basically offered when we offer 50% off sale.

You already have a premium yearly subscription with $45 per year. It should be auto renewed if your credit card is still active. Because of a technical glitch, if you try to update your credit card details it will immediately try to create a new order with current $90 for premium yearly subscription.

Let me send a query to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

    Thank you!

I've canceled your currently discounted yearly subscription. Your account is back to free.

The End of the year sale is coming on Monday next week.

So, you'll be able to re-upgrade at the same price $45 using an updated payment method.

If your account reaches the limit before the Sale is released, simply get back to this thread and we'll help you to reset the counter, so your forms and account won't get disabled.
