Use HTTPS forms when using a custom domain

    Hi there,

I've looked around the Web to try to find a solution to this problem with no success.  I have a custom domain (forms.workforceadvocacy.org) to use for my company's forms, and I want to enable https for them.  The Setup and Embed options allows a checkbox to use secure forms, but when users go to fill out the form, it gives them a certificate error and security warning because the site is workforceadvocacy.org but the SSL cert is for jotform.com.

This is a problem across forms, not any particular form.

Is there any solution to this?

    Hello jzielinski,

Unfortunately no it is not possible to achieve your requirement. SSL is currently not supported with custom domain feature.

    Thank you!
