    Hi,

We provide a consultancy service to healthcare providers. They need to send surveys to their own users to get feedback on the service they are providing, they use our specially created surveys to do this. We configure the forms and questions for any particular service, create an online form and a PDF and deliver that to the service via a login on our website, they then send the link to this to their users who fill in the form.

We need to limit what the user, the service provider,  can do here. So the service provider - our client - gets the forms from us, and can then only go and look at the results and download an excel data set. They must not be able to edit the forms or the results, although they can delete them , that is a regulatory necessity. This means we will need to provide only limited access to them to see their results and download.

Can we do this in Jotform, and

also can we remove the references to 'Jotform' and brand this to be inline with our business?

    Thanks in advance

    Neal

Hi Shadae, yep Im aware of the sub accounts but I think even the highest subscription level only offers 10 sub accounts and we are likely to be looking at a need for hundreds / thousands. Am I reading that right or is there a way around this?
