I checked your form and I believe the CSS that is added when using the form designer is overwriting the CSS that was added to make the background transparent. However, if you remove the background color in the form designer, the change is saved permanently:
If you are still unable to get the transparent background working, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

david i did that i think all my problems cause browser cache i think, i will try that and i will inform you

Sounds good. If that doesn't end up working try making the changes I mentioned in the form designer. If that still doesn't work we can see what else we can do.
