    Hello Wing,

Are you referring to your JotForm http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43222449940959 titled Countdown to Christmas | Bristol Post?

I see that there are 37 submissions available for this JotForm. All these entries are dated 2nd December. Are these submissions visible for this JotForm in your account when you try to view the submissions

I've cleared the form cache from our end. This could also happen due to browser cache. Please clear the browser cache by following the instructions provided in http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

If you are not referring to this JotForm or if the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to look into this issue further.

    Thank you!

    Kiran,

My original reply was yes the from I am referring to is http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43222449940959 titled Countdown to Christmas | Bristol Post

I have lost all entries from 0:00 2nd December

And my question is can I have all the entries restored please... there should be 1098 entries

    Kind regards

    Hi Wing,

As of this writing, that form has a total of 86 submissions. Is this correct? Or you're still looking for 1,098 submissions? Personally that's a lot of submissions so I wonder how you've deleted such amount.

I hate to say this but form submissions can't be restored once deleted. They are unfortunately permanently deleted. We're sorry about that. However, you still have one option to find them, that's to check the submission notifications you received over email.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

I have known the answer but just checking if its possible to restore deleted submission.

For future development could this be added - possibly store (deleted) submission for one month then total deleted.

Yes I have the notification emails but some entries are missing as some browser that have submitted the entries have not completed the form probably example required field is not filled in and they hit the submit button and it sends the entry, this has happened several times and wondering could something be done?

    Thank you

    Hi,

    Thank you for your suggestion.

I understand that you want a feature where you can restore the deleted submissions. Also a timeframe of 1 month before it gets deleted from the JotForm server.

I created a request ticket for your concern so that our developers can take a look at it. I may not be able to provide you a turn around time when will this be implemented but once an update is available, we will notify you via this thread.

    Thank you for choosing JotForm!

    Hello,

Thank you for this request. Many clients insist exactly the opposite- that we delete their submissions immediately and permanenly, when they are removed via the app interface.

A different option is to use our backup application. Then you can restore them whenever you like.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!
