Unfortunately, you cannot add visual elements to the matrix dynamique widget.
However, you can use the configurable list and add a link to the PDF file by using a static text field

Yes, you can do this by using the following fields:

For Pictures, you can use the image field

For PDF, you can use a Text field and follow the steps provided in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/153-How-to-Display-a-PDF-Document-On-Your-Form
