Email autoresponder: Emails not received. How to fix it?

    My other responder didnt work properly , my clients did not receive their response back how can i fix this matter

    Hi,

    The reason why they did not get a reply is because the email added had a number added at the end so it ended .com203 instead of just .com.

    You could however edit the submission which would resend the email.
