Aligning fields to the formAsked by emmav06 on December 02, 2014 at 04:17 PM
i am struggling to piece together a form as each time i shrink a field and attempt to place it somewhere all the fields are jumping all around the form, making this extremely difficult/impossible to use. i have already spent 2 hours to no avail.
i have tried to use your interface in chrome, ie and firefox.
pls could you provide some insight as to why this thing is not working.

For Field Positioning, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/90-Form-Field-Positioning. You have to make sure that when moving fields, especially on the next line, you have to click "Move to a new line".
Also, aligning fields varies on your form width so make sure to adjust if needed: https://www.jotform.com/help/35-The-Importance-of-Form-Widths.
Lastly, you can design your form using our Form Designer and make a perfect column:
