The form is not showing up on my website

    Hi,

     

    I set up a form through my client's acct and embedded it into their HTML files but it is not showing up.

    The form should be on right hand bar underneath the links. I am using the basic embed script: <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/43355743890159"></script>

    As I inspect your webpage, I was not able to see any embed code of JotForm on the webpage. Could you please verify once again if the file is webpage properly saved and uploaded to server?

    The JotForm seems to be working fine without any issues with direct URL http://form.jotform.us/form/43355743890159 and there should be no issues on your webpage as well. Please check your webpage once again and get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this issue further.
