How to know which payment submissions were actually processed in Paypal using JotForm

    Also, why do I keep getting so many submissions (or at least that is what it says) but paypal is not paying me that much money so i need to know who's submission is actually processed.

    Hi,

    This might be because the users who completed the form may not have completed the payment successfully, you can learn more about Incomplete Payments here, http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ

    Please do take note that if you complete them on your end, that does not mean the payment will be processed, it will still be subjected to the user's approval or if he/she will continue completing it.

    To know which submissions has successfully had completed payment, you as the merchant should also receive notifications from Paypal that a payment has been done, aside from the notification from JotForm. You can then cross reference the emails of those payment in the "Submissions" page.
