Transitioning from free to paid account.

Asked by Rob Giordano  on December 02, 2014 at 11:21 PM

I have not signed up for an account yet. My hope is that I would go over the 100 submission limit as this will be linked to a service performed after the form is submitted. My question is do I need to keep track of the submissions or am I notified when I have gone over the 100 submission limit. The other question is can I charge users of the form on the free account. Third, are the forms embeddable in my website. Thanks.

paid account Submissions submission limit charge thanks

    Hello Rob,

do I need to keep track of the submissions or am I notified when I have gone over the 100 submission limit.

Please be noted that we send warning emails whenever you reach close to your submission limits. This gives you sufficient time to upgrade your account before your forms are disabled.

can I charge users of the form on the free account.

If I understand your question correctly, you want to add a payment question in your form to accept payments. Is that correct? Yes it is possible to accept payments in free accounts as well but please be noted that in free account you can only receive up to 10 payment submissions.

are the forms embeddable in my website.

Yes it is possible to embed your form in your web page. The following guides should help you:

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Thank you for your prompt response. Is this 10 payment submissions per mont
or total. Also. How easily may I transition from a free account to a paid
account should the need arise? My assumption is I will need a paid account
if I get enough business but while things are in beta I plan to
simultaneously try several services at the unpaid level to see what
    integrates the best.

You can receive up to 10 payments on a 30 days period. If you reach the limit then you'll get a notification to upgrade and all you have to do is to make sure you did a fresh login in our site with your username, then go to Pricing page and upgrade.
