This site is really amazing to create and use forms especially where we want the user to upload files.
I just want to know only one thing from you. I noticed that the uploaded files get saved on a default path and accessed from there. Is there a way to send the file directly as attachment without having a copy in the folder.

We appreciate your feedback regarding JotForm.
Regarding your concern, unfortunately, email alerts or notifications will not attach the file uploads, although it can attach the direct link for the uploaded file. The reason why JotForm sends only a download link for uploaded files is to prevent abusive users from hogging up our server's bandwidth and resources. As you may know, JotForm allows uploading of files with file size of up to 1GB. Also, our email alert system allows multiple number of form recipients. If we attach uploaded files to email alerts, imagine how much bandwidth it would take to send large file/s to a lot of people.
All of the file uploads same with the submissions are sent to our servers, but rest assure that they are properly secured. If you want to delete older files uploaded to your account, you can delete them by navigating to your "Submissions" page and delete submissions with attachments on them.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need more information regarding this.
