Trouble with the submit button?

When testing my form I click on the "submit" button, it turns to "please wait" and never redirects to the thank you page as its supposed to.  As well the submission does not get logged in the Jot Form database.  A couple of things to note: I have tried to connect it to constant contact via Zapier.  Does anyone have any ideas around why this might not work?

    Hi,

I tested your embedded form and I am actually unable to to even get it to go past the first page.  The next button does not even work.  Your standalone form however, does work as expected.  I noticed that you used the Javascript embed method when embedding your form.  This may cause the conflicts between your form and the scripts running in your page.  The first thing to try would be to replace your current embed code which is:

    With the iFrame embed code:

This insulates your form from the rest of the webpage allowing the scripts to function without interference.

If replacing the embed code does not allow for your embedded form to work, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
