    DocuSign Widget - Waiting For Sign Completion.

    This is now the third problem that we are experiencing with the DocuSign widget.

    End-users who try to sign the form on which we are using the widget are able to fill in their name and email address, and then go to the DocuSign site to sign the document electronically.  However, when the process has been completed, the widget on the form does not update, and simply states, "Waiting for sign completion...".  Every few minutes, however, the words "Checking status" show briegly.

    I have tried the form in question using two different browsers and on two different Internet connections, but still get the same problem.

    Please will you let me know when this problem has been fixed.

    Hi,

    I will raise this to our developers for inspection, but I would like to ask you if there are any specific steps that need to be taken to recreate the issue - such as specific browser, or something else?

    If our developers have any further questions to ask from you they will do that through this thread as well as update you once the issue is resolved.

    The widget was working fine last week on my computer, but then I had a problem with the message "Invalid widget params" being displayed instead of the fields for the name and email address.  I raised this problem on the support forum, and it was resolved.

    This morning when I tried to use the widget I had the problem described in this thread, i.e. the message "Waiting for sign completion..." being displayed after completing signing the DocuSign document.

    No specific steps were taken for this to happen.  I tried my form in Chrome and Firefox on a MacBook Pro, and also in Safari on an iPhone using a different Internet connection from my MacBook.

    Do the developers have an estimated time for when they will have fixed this problem?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the extra info. I have cleared your jotform cache just in case if it was causing the issue, so please check now to see if the issue persists.

    Do the developers have an estimated time for when they will have fixed this problem?

    Unfortunately that is not something that we can see. Our developers are usually quite fast at resolving the issues, but only they can update you once the issue is fixed.

    I am posting to follow because I am having the exact same problem, but I am just developing and testing my form now, so technically it never worked for me.  The signature process DOES work fine on the DocuSign end. It's just that the widget doesn't recognize that the signature process is compete and never updates in my form from the "Waiting for sign completion" and "checking status" messages.
