I don't receive email alerts of subscriptions

    Hi, I don't receive email when someone fill the form on the website.

    Email alerts are active.

    Please, can you help me?

    I've submitted your JotForm to test the email alerts and I see that the emails are sent successfully.

    You can also check the email history log from your account now by following the instructions provided in the guide below :

    Please check if the email are landing in spam/junk folders and no filters are applied for these emails. Also, please go through the following guide that helps you in troubleshooting email delivery issues .
