I have setup my forms to be emailed to me when someone submits their information but my forms will not send the email. even test emails do not make it to my email.Page URL:

I tested the forms you have included in the website and check the mail logs to see if an email was sent out. Basing on the result of the logs the email was sent out:

Can you please check the spam or bulk folders as it might have been caught by the Spam Filters. It would also help if you add jotform.com to your email's whitelist. You can also use the logs above and provide it to your provider to find out what happened to the message.
