I have a Jotform embedded on my website and it works well with Chrome, Safari and IE but not on Firefox.

The customs submit button (PayPal Integration) does not appear when users have browsing with Firefox and I am getting complaints. How can I resolve this so it is compatible with the popular browsers?

    Thanks,

    d4k

    Hi d4k,

Thank you for your message. I was not able to replicate the issue you reported using Mozilla Firefox. I was redirected to the Paypal payment page after  submitted the form in the link you provided. Here's the screenshot:

It may also help that you use the Iframe embed code instead of the default embed code. Some portions of your form appear to be hidden (like the Submit button) when the default embed code is used.

Please try using the Iframe embed code and let us know if the problem still persists.

    Thank you,

    Allan
