Can you please provide us more details about the issue?
Was there any error message shown when you cannot edit the form in the Form Builder?
I checked your jotform account/username coachjaytee it is Active and does not have any issue. So, there should be no issue editing your forms.
Try this process also.
2. Close your browser
3. Open your browser and login to JotForm at http://www.jotform.com/login
4. Click on My Forms http://www.jotform.com/myforms/
5. Select your form and edit
