Your support forms are great, but I'd give anything for just 5 mins on the phone with someone! I can't find the answers to the questions I have, and don't have another 2 hours to give to the search. Please let me know, and thank you.

We're sorry but at this time, we do not have phone support available. We feel that our current support forum has been effective in addressing the questions and issues of our more than 500,000 users.
